Two months. Damn. That went by fast.
This is where it would be appropriate for me to write a nice little post about what Charlotte is up to and how we are adjusting and record things like how much she weighs (Oh, wait! I actually have that information handy: 12 pounds, three ounces last week), but the truth is that the past four weeks have been haaaaaard and they involve not one but TWO reflux drugs, a lot of screaming and a lot of not sleeping.
Month two was difficult. Far more difficult than Claire's second month. Quick words escape me and what I would really like to do with this gift of free time when both children are sleeping (!!!!) is curl up with a glass of wine and fall into the black hole that is Pinterest and mentally redecorate my house with an imaginary budget.
So, that's what I'm going to do.

And, just like that, she no longer looks like a mini-Claire.

Hang in there. Reflux is so hard, but it does get better and eventually end. I know- little comfort that is now. :( 2 meds?

I love that picture. She's gorgeous!
I hope the Prevacid works FAST.

I know it doesn't help the screaming, but dear goodness, she is CUTE.

Good luck! My second baby was (IS) so much harder than my first. She's 10 months old. I'm still waiting for her to sleep through the night on a continual basis.

Will's second month kicked my ass to the curb. I seriously spent much of that time crying right along with him and wondering WTH I had done . . . and then feeling guilty for feeling that way. Awful.
At week 11, it was like the switch flipped and he turned into a "normal" baby. We later figured we had either been dealing with reflux, colic, a milk sensitivity, or all of the above. Whatever. He finally settled down and started sleeping through the night. He was still a "sensitive" sleeper through out his first year (if he was sick or teething, there was little sleep), but now? Now he is THE BEST sleeper out of all of my friends. So, please don't think that you are doomed to a lifetime of "harder" with Charlotte.
And OH MY WORD, that girl is GAWGEOUS.

I hope it gets easier soon. :) (And that is one super cute adorable baby.)

What a beautiful child.
Sounds like a rough month. I hope month three is MUCH easier!

She's so adorable. Pinterest is the greatest time suck of all time. I never thought of Pinterest with wine, why didn't I think of that?

What a beauty! Happy 2 months!
Here's to a much easier 3rd month... hoping things settle down for you.

Your spice racks are very cute. I might have to steal that idea. How much did that many spice racks cost?
I made the BEST chocolate cake the other day. It was very easy too, if you ever want the recipe.
I really hope that things get better soon. They too, right? Especially cuz you got that reflux thing worked out.
Also, quitting your job! Craziness! I hope this means more time to email Elizabeth.

Oh my gosh! I almost missed that you "quit" your job!! Holy crap! Cannot wait to talk that one over with you!
ALSO! The spice racks! Look awesome!! I am considering moving the giant scary bookcase out of Syd's room and replacing with those. So awesome.
